We expect a very large turnout for the Festival and cannot guarantee your participation. If filled to capacity before the November 16 deadline, we will place your school on a waiting list based on date of the receipt of your application, and notify you immediately.

Deadlines

November 16th, 2009 (FACULTY VOLUNTEERS DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL DECEMBER 19) November 16th, 2009 December 8th, 2009
  • Adjudication Videos/DVDs due
  • Adjudication Fees due ($25 each work viewed)
January 15th , 2010 February 15, 2010 February 2 through 22, 2010
  • All hotel reservations should be completed by this date. Individual hotels have different cut off dates. To make reservations, contact individual hotels not New World School of the Arts.

Fees

School Registration $225 – due Nov. 16, 2009
(non-refundable, includes two teachers or 1 teacher/1 chaperone)
Student Registration $105 – due Jan. 15, 2010
Additional teachers $75 – due Jan. 15, 2010
Additional Chaperones $75 – due Jan. 15, 2010
Adjudication $25 (per work reviewed) – due Dec. 8, 2009

Refunds and Cancellations


The following refund policy is in effect:
The Festival will refund the $105.00 for each student less 10% to cover deposits and other Festival costs that cannot be recovered, up until March 1, 2010. After that date, no refunds will be given. The School Fee of $225.00 is not refundable. Requests must be in writing. Emails are permissible if all school and personnel information is enclosed.
