Lighting Note:
It is essential that you have a clear idea of when your light cues happen, including fade times, and the result of said cue.
Example.
Cue 1 time 7 center special up to half , red cyc @ 30%
Cue 2 time 2 center special fades out with dancers movement, Cool backlight and clear kickers at 50%
Cue 3 time 10 fade to black when group freezes at ctr.

Sound

CD playback through mono house equipment. Run from offstage left.
FOH- On Stage-

If you burn your own CD, please check that it will be read and play through a consumer grade CD player.

Please note

All groups will have a fifteen minute tech time.
The schedule will be tight and controlled. Please be prompt.

The more concise you have your notes, the better we'll be able to make it look good. Remember, you know your work intimately, we however, have never seen it before.
Fifteen minutes of tech time will seem like a mere blink of the eye. Keep it simple and keep it clear.
